Hi .. guys . can we send the financial support affidavit to NVC before even they ask for it ?

After the AOS bill has been invoiced, you've paid it, and it shows as status PAID online, then you can send the AOS packet in.

After you get your case number, next steps are the beneficiary doing Choice of Agent online, and the petitioner paying the AOS fee. More details are in the thread linked above, feel free to pop in there with any additional NVC-related questions you have!

Got RFE month ago, it was only 3 passport size pics of my hubby they needed.

Sent it to them 17th January but still the same status.

Don't know what's going on...

Anyway I'm still waiting my approval too! I just wanna finish all these stressful stuff.

Btw my children got approvals last month already...

No you cant. Untill your NVC number has been generated and you have filled out DS261 and then paid for AOS, you cant send anything. After your case is approved, it takes almost a month for you to actually pay AOS fees. Once paid you have to send the AOS along with the cover page of the paid notice.

06/05/2014-Notice sent by NYC acting district director/office that interview date is Aug 21, 2014.....??????????? No change online
06/11/2014 - Interview for AOS. I130 was already attached. Approved and got passport stamped. YAY. Thank God.
06/19/2014 - Case updated online with text and email saying new card mailed.....

06/21/2014-Condtional GC received along with welcome letter.
