I just received a message from an Inquiry I made on JAN 3rd.. and its such ####### because I have 5 service request in and I replied with all of the numbers and the agent numbers and the tier 2 officer names. I am so sick of the run-around I am getting

This office only accepts an inquiry after an initial service request is made with the National Customer Service Center (NCSC). Based on the information provided, no record was found to show that you have previously placed an inquiry with the NCSC phone line, 1-800-375-5283, regarding your case. You must first place an inquiry by calling the NCSC phone line. If 30 days have elapsed since you placed a service request and you have not received a response, you may then contact this e-mail address with the Referral Number in the subject line. This information is important and will assist us in better serving you.

To inquire about the acceptance, receipt, or rejection of applications, you may e-mail LockboxSupport@dhs.gov. If you do not have an application or petition filed with USCIS and/or need general immigration and citizenship information, you may visit WWW.USCIS.GOV.

What bs!!!! I seriously think we should be able to give exact same obnoxious response to the IRS when they want us to pay taxes!!! "Oh, you have to put in a request no earlier than 180 days from the day you first ask for taxes, and we will process your request per our current processing time. You may inquire about your request status only if you don't hear from us in 6 mos....etc"

How do they get away with this #######?????

Just got this message..... I'm shaking & trembling with emotions....... Just knowing that my case is being worked on after 10 months (282 days) of waiting is over whelming..... I'm short of words...... Guys please pray for me.....

It looks like NSC is cranking them out and Texas is on a permanant vacation... Actually TSC is spending all their time approving July filers. I can't even look at the other threads. I can only worry about me at this point. I can't handle anything else. I am thankful to have this April thread . You guys have been awesome.

I don't think ur getting an RFE.

For what ever stupid reason, they are holding your case right now, is just a passing cloud, and I'm sure your approval is just around the corner, because every single VJ member will be praying for you....
