Yes, the wait is killing..... Each day my heart is crying to see that magical word "APPROVED"...... I'll surely not give up hope at this stage, else the last 10 months of my life will become meaningless.......

Thank you so much for thinking of all of us buddy...... Just hoping your words come true for us, this week atleast!!!

The approval for our K3 arrived! Now we'll see what really happens when you've already got the 130 approval. There is much confusion. If it's faster then we'll be doing it.

The approval for our K3 arrived! Now we'll see what really happens when you've already got the 130 approval. There is much confusion. If it's faster then we'll be doing it.

If it came after your i-130 approval (which I think it did), its moot.

Once both petitions saunter on to New Hampshire they will close out the K3.

Aditya, you're probably right. We'll hopefully get our case no. in the next day or 2 from NVC and get this part of the process started. I just want to be done with the waiting. Like everyone else, I want to be with my spouse asap! Good luck all you April filers, you must be so exasperated. Will be checking your progres daily.

I just read a friends post on Facebook. Icey nasty roads in the Dallas area.... How cool for all of us waiting so long to TSC to issue an approval. They probably have a snow day today! Also, I read a post on the spreadsheet thread about a July filer who got transferred to TSC on Jan 30th and just got approved yesterday. ####### is that? The post read " I can't believe I got approved in only 11 days" I almost threw upranting33va.gif

What the hell is going on ??? I guess the USCIS was instructed to process the recent transfers to fix their numbers. It just gets better and better everyday !!
