Finally I got approved today! My PD May 2, 2013 and transferred to NSC on December 5, 2013. During my i130 processing period ,I called to USCIS just one time, when I passed 60 days after my case was transferred. I talked to the supervisor & she said just wait for 2-3 weeks , we are working on that. She was very nice and answered with happy mood. Next day, I contacted the Senator , that office staff was also very helpful. I received positive response from senator office .Today just 2 hours ago I received an email from uscis that we approved your i130 petition..I wish from my heart that who are waiting for approval, they should get soon.Specially LoveMyTico, anuspras, zamsha and all others..I know, now it is time to go to NVC , I don't know what will happen next ..idea9dv.gif Once again best of luck all.....

LoveMyTico, this is so weird , after me saying earlier our K3 will probably be closed. We got a notice from USCIS today saying our I129f has been transferred and now being processed at a USCIS office! So it looks like it's still in play, even though our 130 has been approved! This will be interesting. Will they give us the option of going the K3 route??

LoveMyTico , have just been reading the K3 forum , not a lot of positive comments there about the K3 route. How much time would we save compared to CR1? It's all so bloody confusing!!! And I also just read that it's the NVC cancels the K3, so that's still very much a possibility. CONFUSED.COM. Lol

Hi, normally if i129 and i130 get approved at the same time an get fwd to nvc then nvc kills the i129 and goes on with the i130. In my case the i129 got even sent to our embassy from nvc but then the embassy told me they will not process k3 because the i130 was approved at the same time. So my i129 was sent to embassy jan 10th and the i130 has not even been entered yet to this date in the nvc system. Even tho they got them both on the same day jan 7th.

That said i hope that Tico's luv gets to have their k3 see as how she had asked for it and there is still hope while she's in process. So hang in there dear! We're all ruting for u!!!!
