How long does it take to hear from senator? after signing the paper and send by email and fax him back?

It all depends on the Senator's staff. I have made inquiries where I heard something 2 days later, and other times where it took 2 weeks. In my opinion, The staff seem annoyed that they are asked to do this.. But thats just me.

If I file now 1-129F/K3 VISA they will end up sending to CSC, TSC, OR VSC, as of now my file is at NSC, which they don't do I-129f/ K3 VISA.

I know they don't process I-129F (K3) in NBSC, but my I-129F (K3) is in NBSC, coupled with my I-130.

I this point, just wait for your I-130, you are almost there!

in the other hand, you loose nothing by doing I-129F, so by all means......

11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box
01/12/2016: NOA1

That is the automatic message you receive. It usually takes them 2 to 3 weeks to give you an actual reply

FYI, they tell everyone that...

and in another 2-3 weeks when you call, they will tell you your case is with an officer, and then when you call again, they will tell you they are doing your background check....you might even get someone who will tell you to wait 180 days from the transfer date... its all different. call again right now and you'll get another answer.

Just something else to make you think they are doing something.
