If I file I-129F while I-130 is pending won't make me difference coz I see many have file K3 visa are still waiting for approval .

you can but they end up matching them up and approving together.. what I don't understand is the posted times of 5 months ... they end up joining them and they get approved together. My I-130 is just about at 10 months .. How does the 5 month posted times make sense??

... my k-3 isn't helping me................ UNLESS they get approved together and the K-3 makes to the embassy before the I-130 gets logged in... It has happened to a couple filers lately. so I guess its one more thing for me to hope for.

I want to call today and yell at a tier 2...but it wont make a difference. I so want to go the the TSC and yell at them. Its just about 35 minutes away from where I live. I probably would get into trouble. lol. I just don't understand how the heck Tico and my file's have just been skipped over and June filers are getting approved. Do they just dump all the boxes of files on the floor and pick them up in no particular order? Or are they dumping them in the trash! Who knows?! I would feel better about it if I could know real time information about my case.

I feel the same way DV.... Im not very good at waiting for things. I am the type of person who doesn't like to take NO for an answer and if I want something, I just go do it myself and bypass all the bullshit... but this process makes it so difficult because we are so helpless. our future is at the mercy of a broken government agency

Do we think that filing an I129F/K3 slows down the process?

no, I don't think it slows things down. IMO it give you something to inquire about since the processing time is 5 months.

Others who have filed both are approved. I never thought it would take this long.

Does anybody who is still waiting have any weird circumstances that might be causing a file to be looked at just a little bit closer?

I know I do but nothing that can't be easily tracked and that hasn't already been documented in my petition. Nothing criminal of course....

From what I understand, USCIS can be quite 'selective' on people with particular passports.....perhaps they are trying to process as many "easy ones", so to speak, as possible?

Other than the i129F/K3, and perhaps a previous marriage, I cannot find any correlations between approvals and process!

I just placed a facebook ad for this petition. http://t.co/dEJI587lQW

I posted this on a the Visa Journey facebook group page and they attacked it and said the information was incorrect and they would not sign it. I told them if they didn't want to sign then just ignore... it wasn't just for them... a few more comments came in so I just removed it and I left the group. They are idiots over there anyway... clueless as a matter of fact.

I signed this and I tweeted it and I sent it to others who said they would sign and forward.

Well I am paying for a Facebook ad. I posted it on so many Facebook pages today, that I got a notification that I might get suspended account. I sent it to politicians and many political groups and tv personalities pages. Last night I probably tweeted it to at least 45 people as well. I may call tomorrow about my k3 service request.

Does it make sense to screen them and pick the "easy ones" ? the time it takes to screen, they could just pick up the dag file and approve it. Touch it once and be done. Everyday I hear about one more stupid step they create.... for what??? to create a job for someone? UGHH

my I-129F (K3) is more than 5 months now, 6 months and 8 days to be exact.

A BIG NOTHING! they move at the same time,a nd they move per the I-130 pace.

Now, if it is time to adjudicate them and there is a problem with the I-130 (RFE), the might go through all the way if there are no problems with it
