WELL WELL WELL, the Service request numbers did change and what BULLSHIT it truely is.... Way to go USCIS for trying to find ways to push usall out of the way to buy yourself some time. AS IF I HAVEN'T WAITED LONG ENOUGH TO GET A LOUSY APPROVAL ONLY TO WAIT SOME MORE BECAUSE ILLEGALS ARE SOOOO EFFING IMPORTANT !!!!

"these service requests were filed on Jan 31st. We have 30 days to answer them" REALLY??? #######?? they were incorrectly filed by your frigging employees... AND I still have to wait ANOTHER 30 days for someone to press a button and send me a generic email saying my case is PENDING????? OMG how many people do you think end up abandoning this process due to pure frustration???

"we have 60 days after transfer to process an application. so, if it hasn't been 60 days yet, don't call us even if teh application is beyond posted processing time"

SR don't mean sh#$&!, just a useless way to make us feel better about them doing nothing!!!!!!

"we have 60 days after transfer to process an application. so, if it hasn't been 60 days yet, don't call us even if teh application is beyond posted processing time"

I called them back in November and they did an inquiry for me. The answer of course was "it will take six additional months".

I called them again last week and the lady remembered me. She said:"I remember last itme they said an additional six months. SInce it hasn't been six months, I'm comfident nothing is changed and they will say the same thing". She did not even bother reading the fax I sent her.

I was like: did you read the fax? she said no. I said: then read it!

and when she did, she was like: ah, you want me to inquire about the service requests. I said: duhhhhhhhh

Basically, we are on our own on this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nodody cares about us at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YEP... HAPPY MONDAY EVERYONE...

I live in the suburbs of Philadelphia and we are in the middle of a big snow storm. I attemped to drive to work at 6:10 am but had to turn around. I was sliding through stops signs and I didn't even get out of my little town. Wasn't worth an hour drive to work just to turn around and come home .

I HOPE TEXAS IS SUNNY AND CLEAR TODAY SO ALL USCIS EMPLOYEES MAKE IT TO WORK.

I have to share something funny my husband said last night. He sneezed while we were talking and I mentioned that my son, my cat and I have been sneezing all day. He then said that means something good is going to happen. He said he can feel it... our approval is coming this week. So I agreed to be positive too. SO this is supposed to be our week.... according to all the sneezing we were doing yesterday !! LOL LOL LOL LOL ya gotta find humor somewhere.

And the president seems to be taking pride in agreeing that "THE US IMMIGRATION PROCESS IS BROKEN"...... So he feels the best way to fix it is by granting green cards to ILLEGALS with top priority!!! Great policies and constructive thinking..... Only god can save this nation!!!

It sure feels hopeless....TSC told my congressman rep on Jan 6 that an officer had my file...almost a month later and nothing. And seeing June filers approved?! And now to hear that our service requests are just being ignored...its all so depressing. Now to think that it could be end of summer before my wife can come? I hope the NY Times article is published soon. Also, sign and share this petition!

#######, My case with ending with 862 and I am checking randomly from 865-900 got all approved approved approved ahhhhhhhhhhhhh. , mine still saying initial review wt is going onnnnnnn. or is it because of counrties??????

Is it possible to call directly to TSC and get hold of the officers who actually are holding things up rather than talking to these middleman baboons.
