Btw I was just wondering and it could be a stupid question ..... but the color of RFE or I mean the page on which its printed mean anything? I mean are there more colors and do they use different colors for different reasons? For the most part I think I have herd or received blue RFE (in my case) but I was just thinking if the color has any association with what phase the process is in right now?

Thanks Katie... I'm still here ( not by choice) We were transferred to TSC on November 27th.

I heard conflicting statements about calendar days or business days. Senator's office says business days, USCIS tier 1 & 2 say calendar days. Either way, its been 2 months since we were transferred. I have 2 service requests in with the USCIS and an inquiry from the Sentor's office . They all gave specific dates they would respond by. This week , my mission is to get SOMEBODY to do SOMETHING.

Pray for my K-3 to go threw . Of course if they refuse, I have no choice but to take the I-130... I would really rather skip the NVC and go on to our interview, file our waiver and worry about adjusting after the waiver is approved....

I have not heard about the color coding on the RFE. However, i have heard on Administrative processing slip after interview at the consulate has multiple colors and it is coded etc.

At NSC, got an RFE today :( I guess at least someone touched the file. Not sure what its about, hopefully something that is easily obtained. I'm thinking it might be for the original marriage certificate, at the time we filed we only had a temporary copy. I have the certificate now though, so it would be an easy fix. *prays*
