Yes that's what the letter said........ Medical then interview. But what we r worried about is if he'll be able to work when he gets here without a green card? It's important to us if he can get a job in a month or so. What if we have to wait months for AOS? He has an 18 yr old son who has 1 more yr if high school. ( living with the mother ) and he'll need to send $ home. They only start school at 7 over there in case your wondering. I can float our bills but I would be hard pressed to have anything extra. If $ was no object of course I want him here ASAP but we have to be practical also. We don't have our # yet so it's still possible. Any feedback on this?

for me... Money isn't an issue. My husband has money saved. Enough for the adjustment. We don't care if he can work right away.

But if I were in your situation, Go get the K-3. Get approved.. and then schedule his POE a couple weeks later.

Who knows how long NVC will take. TimandAna were approved back in November and are STILL waiting for an interview date. It all depends on if you can wait or not. I'm not willing to wait.

I am going to try to get a service request also on my I-130....on December 18, TSC sent an email to my congressman's office saying I was under background review and on a subsequent phone call said my case should be wrapped up within 2 weeks.I'm waiting on a callback. I hope I get an agent who is in a good mood and actually cares.

Success! I now have service request for my I-130 at TSC, in addition to one for my k3. This Saturday marks when I am supposed to have a reply on my k3 and Feb 8 for my I-130. I looked at June spreadsheet at there are 7 TSC approvals. Unreal!

I am supposed to have an answer by Feb 1st for my service request but that is a Saturday ! ! MY LUCK !

There is probably a letter in the mail stating my case is "in process" wait 180 days...LOL I laugh now but I know I'll get some kind of sh!tty response ( as usual)

How long is a case assigned to an officer? The tier 2 officer told me that means its on someones desk waiting to be processed.... HOW BIG ARE THEIR DESKS??????

I was really praying to hear something this week. It is so unfair that June is getting processed before us. What happened to first in, first out?

All bets are off when the government is trying to fix the numbers they have to report. I hate being caught in this mess. I just want to be with my husband. DANG IT !

I would assume they would email a response to the service request since they ask for our email addresses. I don't want a canned response, I want an approval! It will be interesting to see if they meet the 15 day response criteria or if they are just ignoring everything. I still wonder if TSC is geared more towards the illegals and are intentionally not processing US Citizens...

I wonder why they asked for our email addresses...... I don't expect an update from TSC. They are approving transfers after ours. There is no order to anything. I'm so disgusted.

No kidding...I told the tier 2 agent that I know of 7 June approvals at TSC...its on the Google spreadsheet. I really wish they would send an internal investigator to look into TSC...something is not right there...

Hello everyone, after gotten approve yesterday being 23rd of January 2014,we just received another email saying that On January 24, 2014, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. If you are worried about your husband working, I wouldn't wait on the K-3. This was the issue for me: my husband NEEDS to work as I can't lend much to support as I am finishing up my masters.

Also on the interview dates: It really depends on if you are eligible for EP, and the country of interview-- some countries schedule interviews fast, others slow.
