I'm hoping my service request will bring attention to my case, especially since she had to find a differrent way to file it. I soooo want the K-3.

I'm coming up on 60 days for the transfer also. I would almost bet a paycheck that I will be issued an RFE so they can buy some time.. But that is OK if that is what they are gonna do. I'm so stressed out over this.

I really hope this is your week. The stakeholder letter USCIS sent out back in November said they "will take action" within 60 days of transfer... the fact that they're pushing up against this deadline and even exceeding it in so many cases is utter bs -- per USCIS tradition.

Well I really hope you hear something good in the next couple of days. For something so simple like providing original/certified copy of a copy shouldn't take that long from them to approve. I mean I know they say 60 days but I thought that it is just so people don't call them. I am hoping I hear something good from them for my cases by the end of this month.

Thank u much, I hope the same for u as well ... I really hope the latest will be by the end of this month but hoping for something really soon haha

Yeah its strange how they work. I came across another person who got RFE from CSC for the same reason I got one and after sending his reply within 10 days he his case got approved last week. So there is no set standard as to how they work on cases.

Just for fun:

I was reading the news about baboons, how they mysteriously started behaving differently,

But i am not saying we can get clues why our i130 petitions are pending mysteriously.

Ahhhh snow again and the offices will be closed too plus that makes more delays. I hope they don't close the offices

no, only in Philly ... I don't know about any snow in Texas... I saw some action on the Feb thread at the TSC so I know they are open.

Roads are bad, glad I left work. I work an hour away.. Now just waiting for the kids to get home from school. They are letting them out at 11:30am.
