lovemytico, have you also run out of patience? Seriously! I'm strung out and pissed off at TSC! Aaaaarrrggghhh! And it sucks not knowing what made the case officer send my file up to "problem resolution", whatever that is. I was so close! In their hands!

I've run out of everything at this point. I am so stressed out. I'm sure my husband thinks I'm a wack-a-doodle.girlwerewolf2xn.gif

It pisses me off that TSC won't even answer the inquiries. They want us to call the ####### service number who are probably instructed NOT to do any service requests.

I want my K-3 to be approved. It will save me the 2 months at NVC.

Hi guys

We got this message today:

On January 16, 2014, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

Does this mean the case is sent to the NVC? Which number should I call? Do NVC and DOS have different numbers?

I got the same message on 12/12 but my case was only recieved at the NVC on 1/7. Still waiting for a case #. :( Hopefully yours will go faster.

someone on this thread ( I think Jilly ...) said her K-3 made it to the embassy... I told her to take it ! It willsave her the whole NVC process and at this point, WHO CARES ABOUT HAVING TO ADJUST???? The file only goes to the NVC for a case number and then shipped right out to the embassy. The Embassy takes care of the rest. You get your interview faster... We have to file a waiver, so it doesn't matter which one we follow, they will tell us the same thing at the emabssy. So if I can save myself the dreaded NVC , I'll take it

August filers are crying because they haven't started getting transferred. Well, I wonder why they want to be transferred to a service center that isn't doing anything???

My k3 application was sent as soon as I got my NOA1 for my 130...they have had it all this time and done nothing with it. I would also be fine with the extra steps and $$$ just to be together with my family.

If I were you , I'd go online and make a service request. The processing time for K-3s is 5 months. The service request will go through and it will bring attention to your cases.

go for it

Agreed. We sent the k3 as soon as we received the I-797 for the 130, 29th June. So we're well past the 5 months approval time for a k3. Our k3 has been transferred to TSC along with the 130. We would gladly go the k3 route, GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY! But it seems that's not likely to happen. I guess we should call them and ask about it.

why didn't you take the call back option? It is one thing about the USCIS that actually works. The best way to get transferred to a tier 2 operator is to act super confused.
