Thank you soo much Kaylara for sharing rose.gif I will email them right now.

Here's what I wrote. (Please paraphrase what I wrote. There's no special formula for getting an answer, and I'm afraid that if they get too many emails that have the exact phrasing, they will start ignoring them.)

Subject line:

MSC139081XXXX I130 Petition 55 Days since Transfer

Dear Nebraska Service Center,

My petition, listed above, was transferred to your service center 55 days ago. Included in the transfer notice that I received was a notice that I would have an answer on my petition within 60 days. Can you please tell me what is happening with my petition, and about how much longer I'm going to wait? It's already been 287 days since my priority date of March 20, 2013.
Sincerely,
Kaylara (But then my real name.)

I think the emails to TSC or any service center without following their directions will not be looked at or responded to....

its obvious they are probably getting bombarded with inquiries. They are just trying to get out of helping anyone. TSC numbers are so sad. Maybe thats why they are transferring them out... And giving out RFE's left and right to shut people up and buy time.

This is all so discouraging to say the least.

It is really incredulous that they are now transferring files back out...what a complete clusterfrack...Congressman's rep was told this morning that I had been assigned last week to an officer but that officer transferred me to "Problem Resolution" whatever the hell that means. My attorney told me that she suspects that it just means it was handed to a supervisor level person to look at. Something must be going on since my k3 file was touched this morning...Maybe its a predecessor to my approval...my wife and I decided that if we get screwed and she cant move here that we would move to Malta...its english speaking, although its EU friendly, so US citizens it may be harder for...beautiful island though...

When you call the National Customer Service Center and talk to the Tier 1 or 2 they put in the service request and then give you the SR confirmation number. So the service center is probably asking for this number and I imagine you can only follow up with them if you don't get a response within the time frame given to you by the Customer Service Center (usually 30 days).
