Well I got an RFE too. Now I am waiting for the actual letter to see what exactly is missing. I sent in everything as per the instructions on I-130

Were you transferred to Texas? Your service center has not been updated in the April sheet.... Wish your RFE is a very simple one....

So do you think TSC is on a long vacation??? SOOOOOOOOO disappointed in EVERYTHING .

Please let us know what they want from you....

When you hear something from the USCIS PLEASE POST the service center and the date you were transferred along with your update. it really helps to know all of that info and it saves everyone from asking ...

Yeah same here. TSC transferred on 27th Nov.

I haven't head anything since, my hubby living in the states so.

He will recieve letter soon.

He will come to visit me and the kids next week, so it was better we got it before he leave.

Believe me I have asked myself this question quite a few times already. Better r those ppl who hide their marriage and apply for a fiancé visa. One of my husband's friend is States did it and he is waiting for his interview date now which would be around next month in feb. and he filed after us in July. This is just so unfair it makes me wanna cry. This is the treatment they give to ppl who do it legally.
