March and then April. Mine was transferred to CSC. What surprises me is that even for CItizens it's taking more time. They used to on top of the priority list ..... I guess now it's a level plain field ... Lol

They favor the illegals who filed under DACA and then they made the I-601A available , all the illegals filed their I-130 so they could file an I-601A waiver without leaving the country. How nice, huh?

Thought about responding ur comment but it's not the first time that u comment about the " illegals". Children who were brought here illegally should have the opportunity to be "legal". U claim to be a wise woman becuase of all ur input and past experiences but ur comments do offend. Yea yea ur gna say " dnt read them" or dnt follow the forum. Whatever!!!! My husband is an illegal, I filed the I30 not him and they dnt favor illegals I've been waiting like u have to. I am a US citizen like u, fell in love with an illegal. Paid the same fee and all. I follow this forum for updates n progress not to read stupid comments like urs. More than half the time I dnt open them bcuz of the nonsense I can imagine. Anyway thought I would stand up for my husband and whisper my thoughts too. I won't follow IGNORANCE!

Btw, Why do u follow the I601a waiver if ur sooo against ot?????? nice of u huh!!!!????

And dnt bother answering I wont open any of these threads replies anymore!

I have no problems with "illegals" especially children having some way to gain legal status here. What I do have a problem with is them getting preferential treatment. The fact that me and my kids are separated from my husband, and will be for well over a year while those who broke the law get their service first AND

they get to stay with their spouses in the meantime is not equitable to me. What point is there for me to follow the rules, if I get penalized for it, and those who broke the rules get to go first?

I agree completely. They were put in front of the line for political reasons and we were pushed to the back. Its not right.

First, where the heck do you get that "I claim to be a wise woman"? You said that , I never claimed that...

I agree with the other comments about the illegals getting preferential treatment.

All I said is that they get favortism, you got all bent out of shape because your husband is illegal. Oh well.

Its not the first time I commented on illegals and it won't be the last. Maybe it won't be here.. who knows.

Don't open my comments. I don't care... but as you see, alot of members here have a problem with being pushed aside while the government puts the illegals in front of the line.. its not just me

and since you asked ... I follow all the immigration issues just to be informed... so you can EAT your question about me following the I601A waivers. Why do you care?

everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I have mine, you have yours. Do you want me to bash you for yours? I don't think so

Respect among others is peace......but the truth is the truth, they get preference before citizens and its not right. Everyone has the right to be "legal", but DACA had to be placed below citizens and LPD because is the right thing to do.

How are you waiting like us? My wife cannot come to visit me, even for 1 DAY, she isn't allowed a visa and if she had one she would be turned away at the POE by the customs . I have been with my wife for 3 years and she has never met anyone in my family, not even once. You get to be with your husband, he gets to meet your family, no one puts any limit on what you can do with him. You are in immigration heaven thanks to the fact that your husband and/or his parents BROKE IMMIGRATION LAW and took by hook and crook what legal immigrants like my wife wait YEARS for, permanent residence in this country. You're not waiting like we are, you paid the same bill but you get most of the benefits (benefits others like us would kill for) right away. If your husband was brought here as a minor I sympathize with his position (not with that of his parents who chose to break the law, they should be deported ASAP) but illegals will never get much sympathy around here from people who follow the rules and get punished for it. If he came here as a minor without his own consent I hope one day he does get citizenship, otherwise he should be deported. There's a line, we have laws, don't like it, LEAVE. Unfortunately the demographic situation in this country seems to indicate that the laws aren't going to be followed here anytime soon, but thanks to gerrymandering good luck getting citizenship before 2020. I hope in between now and then whoever came here illegally gets what they deserve: DEPORTATION.

I have a problem with illigals getting preferential treatment and I quite displeased with Obama for passing the DACA. I wouldn't have voted for him if I knew him passing this would affect me. His decision has affected me and my wife. Why is my life being put on hold because of preferential DACA files? or the hurricain typhon. I am so sick of USCIS giving preferential treatment or thinking that some situation are worth more than others. If they would process files as they receive them, we would not be here today. Illegals here should wait longer, since they are already with their loved ones. As a matter of fact, they should go back to their home country and apply from there to be at the same level with everyone. I am sooo sick of people taking shortcut while others follow the regular path.

Why would they ban you? I am pretty vocal but I always follow forum rules about attacking people so none of my posts have ever been edited or taken off.

Funny how Im not the only one who has opinions about illegals.

Do you have anything to post to the others ?
