I know many of you are still waiting for approval...but I was wondering which person I should talk to atUSCIS to find out if my file has been mailed yet. Lots of you who have been approved have reported getting your email saying its been mailed...I haven't gotten it yet. :-( I think they are waiting until my I-129f is closed before mailing. But is that something Tier 1 or Tier 2 operator will be able to tell me. I've only ever called once, so I don't know who knows what info.

I would ask for a tier 2. Teir 1's generally don't have much info. I don't think it has anything to do with the 129f. As I stated in an earlier post, my 129F got approved and I also recieved an email saying it got shipped to DOS. So both petitions got approved and both got shipped. So I'm thinking maybe they cacel it at NVC.

Well, Thank you very much for the special prayers !! I need them and so soes everyone else.

I told my husband last night that I feel that something should happen this week. It has been so depressing watching all the approvals for this thread. I feel like I know everyone . While I am so happy for everyone, I can't help but wonder when our number will come up. This week is probably our last chance before the holidays.

hmmm, that makes me wonder about the K-3. I only received one notice for the transfer of my K3. I received 4 for my I-130.

See this makes me positive they have no guidelines or standard format for processing because all 3 of us filed the I-129f and have all had different experiences. I only ever received 2 transfer notices each for both the I-130 & I-129f, then approved both so 2 NOA2s, THEN they did change of A# notice for the I-129f and its back to "initial review" for that form. And the I-130 is just sitting somewhere in a basket. :-(

Oh USCIS...its like banging my head against a brick wall....someday (hopefully soon) I'll never again have to speak (or type) those 5 letters.

Yep, someday soon we can all be on our Merry Ways and never have to call and listen to lies. LOL Unfortunately most of us have to file to clear conditions but it won't be as painful because our spouses will be with us.

Congrats on the approval. This is a new message to me. Don't they send approvals to the NVC first. In my case i'm a U.S citizen and my wife is abroad.

Forget coffee - run an IV of Red Bull through their veins! It will give them wings to fly through the approvals hopefully :)

I had an I-485 filing already submitted through an employment-based application. Post-marriage, I submitted an I-130, which after being approved was interfiled with the existing I-485.

So I am a bit concerned, on Nov 15, I received an emailed about my transfer. The paper transfer notice said i was transferred TSC...but I used the automated phone system to check the status and it says: Nov 18, USCIS transferred my app to office in lee summit MO. Which notice to I trust? This is making me worried since other people which were transferred after me are getting approvals at TSC before me. Should I schedule an infopass?

Congrats on the approval. This is a new message to me. Don't they send approvals to the NVC first. In my case i'm a U.S citizen and my wife is abroad.

NVC is operated by the Department of State, so DOS or NVC...both refer to the middle step of this process.

12/20/13 - Case Received by NVC
01/17/14 - Case # & invoice # assigned (called twice per week)
01/23/14 - DS-261 available & submitted
01/24/14 - AOS payment invoiced
01/28/14 - Paid AOS fee, status "in process"
01/30/14 - AOS Fee status "PAID"
01/31/14 - IV fee invoiced & paid, status "in process"
02/03/14 - AOS Package mailed via USPS w/tracking
02/04/14 - IV Fee status "PAID", DS-260 available.
02/05/14 - DS-260 submitted, IV Package mailed via DHL w/tracking
02/06/14 - USPS tracking confirms AOS package arrived @NVC
02/07/14 - DHL tracking confirms IV package arrived @NVC
02/07/14 - AOS package entered into system
02/10/14 - IV package entered into system
03/04/14 - Checklist received for joint sponsor's I-864 (requesting 2013 tax transcripts)
03/06/14 - Mailed Response to AOS checklist
03/06/14 - Received IV Package FALSE checklist
03/10/14 - USPS tracking confirms AOS checklist response arrived @NVC
03/13/14 - AOS checklist response entered into system
03/28/14 - CASE COMPLETE with checklist for corrected joint sponsor I-864 to be carried to interview.
04/02/14 - Interview Date assigned, May 13, Mumbai!
04/13/14 - Interview complete...221g given requesting I-864a from co-sponsor's spouse
04/16/14 - FedExed I-864a and evidences to Mumbai.

I have no intelligent input - just wanted to say

APPROVALS C'MOOOOONNNNNNN!!!!!!

TSC and NSC better wake their behinds up and get moving!!!!

I'm sending everyone all my best vibes! Got my fingers crossed for all my april peeps!!!!! And everyone else, nobody deserves to be treated like we have. Here's to happy holidays and knowing that even if the approval doesn't come by end of the yr it will for sure be done in January and we will all be with our spouses in the new year! Cheers to 2014! And cheers to approvals!

1/7/14 - NVC received I129 and I130
2/11/14 - NVC case assigned
2/11/14 - AOS Bill invoiced and paid; DS261 completed
2/14/14 - AOS Bill showed as Paid
2/24/14 - AOS Packet arrived at NVC
2/27/14 - IV Bill Invoiced

2/28/14 - IV Bill Paid - heart.gif 1st WEDDING ANNIVERSARY (apartcray5ol.gif)

3/4/14 - IV Bill showed as Paid

3/6/14 - DS260 completed

3/11/14 - IV Packet delivered to NVC

3/13/14 - IV Packet logged in at Nvc

3/27/14 - CASE COMPLETE :dance:
