I am still waiting for approvel. I was transfer to NSC.I am sure I will get approvel in January. today is dec 13th after a week holidays, So I am pretty sure January. mine will be approve. PD 25TH APRIL

I really feel like they are grabbing whatever box is closest to the door. That is why the May filers are getting approvals so fast ( my little theory) They are just getting transferred. Its easier to grab the closest box than to find the correct box and adjudicate in order right?

So disgusted...

and as far as the expedited Philippinos..... Well, Ok go ahead and push them through but DANG, can't they assign a special division just for them so the rest of the process doesn't get F*cked up?

FYI, Im an april 1 noa1. Im Filipino and so is my wife. Im still waiting for a noa 2 and been transferred to NSC. I called and being expedited due to typhoon last wednesday and still waiting. Ive read others are getting approved fast. New Filipino beneficiaries are being approved fast less than 2weeks. It sickens me instead of being happy for them.

Our I-130 was approved on Dec 10th. Today we got this e-mail saying the application has been shipped to the Dept of State. Anyone know why they didn't say NVC, or does it mean the same thing? Thanks and good luck with all your applications.

My applications (i-130 and i-129f) were transferred on Dec 3. Last night, Dec 12, I received a message notifying me that both applications have been approved.

I still can't believe it. I was in shock. I re-read it over and over making sure I wasn't hallucinating/dreaming. I'm so happy.

For all those who are still waiting, hang in there. Its tough... I hope you get your approval soon!
