there was an approval over on the May Thread today. Today is not my day to feel happy for any approvals filed after April. Im just not feeling it today. I only feel jealousy... Can't help it

Hi guys..our I30petition was approved at last!!8 months and 4days of waiting!im from philippines.. Pd-april8 transferred to tsc on november15 and got aplroved this december12.We are so happy for the early christmas gift..im sure more approvals will be coming next..who knows it will be yours already. Anyway,can someone give us the link for the nvc stage..thanks!!

The Mega Millions Lottery is up to $400 Miilion for tonights drawing.... I'm going to win so I can pay off someone at the USCIS to process my file right NOW !!!

OMG the things I could do with that kind of money !! (BIG SIGH)

I feel so depressed today...I'm leaving Monday to spend the holidays with my husband and I was really praying for an approval so I could surprise him when he went to get me at the airport...but TSC is just no trying to work:( :(

I am going to go play the Mega Millions cause right now I am feeling I have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting the TSC to work

I think the formula for calculating % of those who reported transfer with NOA2 is wrong in the April transfers spreadsheet. It divides NOA2s by pending cases instead of dividing NOA2s by the total transfer population. I tried to change it but the formulas are locked. Is there someone out there who can change it?

Agreed.... The formula for calculating % of those who reported transfer with NOA2 should be NOA2's divided by the total April transfer population. Can the spreadsheet admin correct it ASAP please... The approval percentage is exaggerated as of now......

I just found this http://www.visajourney.com/content/adjudicator-q-and-a while searching for other information...its from a long time ago, but the guy used to be an application adjudicator. Sounds like maybe some things haven't changed.

The part about the adjudicator hording a file box at his desk made me giggle...."my precious!" , yes I think all adjudicators look like gollum now.

Outdated maybe but it at least will give you a picture in your head of where your case might be. Sitting in that lonely neglected box on the distribution shelf....or on the desk of an adjudicator who keeps making mistakes and getting it kicked back...or sitting in a tray waiting for someone to whisk it away to be mailed to NVC!

You can try but probably won't do any good because they will tell you that you are within the normal processing times. Thats where the Feb 12th date comes in... even though we are past the 7.4 month processing time that is posted. ITS ALL A BUNCH OF !!!
