CONGRATS !!! I am so happy for you !!!!!

CONGRATS ! ! ! !

Keep me posted on the K3. If they do that to us, I want the K3. I know its more money but its a shorter ride at the NVC.

Can you tell me why is it more expensive the K3?

thanks,

Just got the approval email and immediately ran to the USCIS site to see it with my own eyes!

April 11 PD

Nov. 19 transfer to CSC

updating the spreadsheet as we speak.

Interestingly enough tho, they also approved my 129f. I thought that if the I-130 was approved the other would be the I-129f petition for the K-3 would be cancelled? Geez...I hope I didn't screw things up for us.

Either way...calling hubby now to tell him the good news! :-)

Just realized today marks EXACTLY 8 months since the NOA1. Crazy.

I was approved today. Yay! They also approved my 129f. Maybe they just disregard it at NVC. I'm sure it's not going to screw anything up. Most petitioners submitted both. Good luck and keep me posted.

OK, this is ridiculous..... let's see some approvals from TEXAS... just so I know they are alive over there.

I just sent this fax to TSC....

All I want for

Christmas is

my I-130 APPROVAL!!

There are many of us that were transferred from the National Benefits Center to your office in November. We are all suffering extended processing times. Please grant us all a Christmas wish and process as many of the transferred files as quickly as possible. As you spend the holidays with your families, please remember that we have been apart from ours for almost a year and some even longer. The California Service Center is approving at a great pace. As a Texan, I know that we can’t let ourselves be outdone by them! Thank you for your efforts to make this holiday miracle happen for us! Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas!

It had some holiday graphics...I didn't put my name on it...not sure how it would be received. Hopefully, it helps kick start them into action!
