Good to know NSC and TSC are making an effort. It seems they are working on the transfers from the week of Nov 18th.

I hope we all get a Christmas Miracle.

There are a ton of people who got transferred in October and early November who still have not been adjudicated. I think they're just grabbing cases at random.

There was someone from May who was transferred to NSC ( if Im not mistaken) and was already approved . not even an expedite... ( go look at the MAY THREAD) (SIGH)

So I hate to say it, they are grabbing random files. They do a little from one batch and then a new batch comes in and they do a little from that batch and then another new batch comes in. Going in order isn't brain surgery. #######?

I agree. NSC and TSC are hardly making an effort. I won't say that they are grabbing randomly, but they are not grabbing enough cases. It seems that even National is now working faster than NSC and TSC. I was transferred to NSC and now I am beginning to fear the worst.

I am not a swearer, but I really wonder if these f##**ing people at USCIS have any idea about what it is like to be without a spouse. They seem not to realize all the financial and family implications. Why the f??K would they send our applications off to NSC and TSC for them to just sit there?

Were they from the Philippines? Because those petitioners are getting through blazing quick because of Typhoon Haiyan.

Well. . My only other explanation is that they're trying to get the processing times down to an average of 5 months, so if they process a few batches of the newer applications quickly, then it will bring down the over all average processing time without them having to touch the older cases.

Makes sense...then they will have...we are still processing FEB, 2013..forever! and no one can make a service request although it will say the process time is "5 months" ranting33va.gifranting33va.gif

Oh no, we're sending out a letter about this behavior tomorrow. If the next updated processing times (Should be around the 15th of this month, ha ha ha,) aren't substantially advanced (Think, end of April, Beginning of May) then we have proof that they have been gaming the numbers and flat out lying to us. Then we will do more letters and emails and contacting senators and congresspeople and the ombudsman's office. Rabble Rabble Rabble.

No honestly, I mean, most of us have been trying to do all the right things, and going through what few official channels are available to us, and have gotten nothing to show for it. I think making a big stink of it and getting the word out to everyone we can is the only way we're going to see positive change here. I honestly do believe that we can improve things not just for us and our spouses, but for all of those people who are going to go through the process in the future.

APPROVED!!!!! WOOT!! WOOT!!

Just received the text and email message! It has been a long and arduous wait but step one is in the books! I am going to sleep well tonight!

My case was approved at TSC today so fellow Texas transferees, have faith! Things are starting to move along. Thanks to my VJ family! Sharing our frustrations and celebrations is what has made this process slightly bearable.

Best wishes to all those that are still awaiting approvals. I will update the spreadsheet in the morning.

So I guess as long as they have one SINGLE file with that Feb 12th date they aren't TECHNICALLY lying. What swindlers.....

Of course they are lying to us. its the name of them game. Most people file and never go online to find out what is going on. They stay ignorant to the process and just accept the fact that it takes a long time. And then there is VJ.

VJ is a miniscule percentage of filers but we still see the trend. Today is the 10th. Just a few more days til the update. I don't really expect them to change the processing date. They will get a flood of service requests if that happens.
