We were transferred to CSC on the 2nd Dec too....praying we hear something SOON. USCIS website is still showing that ours hasn;t been touched since the 2nd..... aghahhahaha I am seriously losing it here haha!

When you check does it give you the date it was touched? mine just says its processing as CSC, no date anymore.

1/15/2013 - Married

4/11: Mailed out IR-30 via FedEx Ground
4/15: Forms received by USCIS Chicago (Signed)

12/2: Case Transferred to CSC

12/17/2013: NOA-2!!!! (8 Months, 2 days)

You need to sign into your account (or create one if you haven't already.) Then when you go to 'my portfolio' it will tell you the last touched date.

Do you mean last notice of the 3 emails?

I was transferred (first email) on the 12/2, but I didnt get my last email till 12/5. So we might be in the same boat!

...Im still just happy that my case hasn't disintegrated into a pile of dust because of all the time it spent at MSC.

Hey girl! Welcome back! I know what u mean, i'm going to be with my man for 12 days ard new yrs and it's always so bitter-sweet. I'm already dreading leaving him AGAIN!

So texas is bad, i mean weather wise, i live in the dfw area an i havent gotten in my car since thursday. Thanfully i can telecommute, but i wouldn't count on the uscis ( in the area, mesquite i think) to be doing much till this lets up. It's looking up tho, i think tomorrow should be a working day for all. Hang in there! I'm really holding out hope for approvals b4 xmas break!

I told my husband that Santa is bringing our approval.. So everyone needs to keep a watch the week before Christmas.. Even the 23rd which is a Monday.

There was this Huge Santa Claus looking guy standing at the baggage carousel at the Philly airport last night. He really looked like santa.. NO lie.. I kept telling everyone it was a Christmas miracle that our flight was able to get back to Philly because santa was there ! ! !LOL I had to find humor somewhere..LOL LOL LOL

I should have asked for an approval while I was standing there with him.

I'm so tired. Seeing my approval would make my day...

Hahaha! That's awesome! I'm glad u made it back safe. Reminds me of last year when i went to see my hubby for xmas they were paging "passenger Santa Claus... passenger Santa Claus to the gate please..." At one of the airports. I forgot which one... They were all serious so idk if it was a joke or really someone's name. Hahahaa

I hope Santa brings us our approvals and uscis quits being the grinch that stole xmas!

So Im back from seeing my husband for 11 days. It was hard to leave him. My connecting flight was delays 5 hours because the Philadelphia airport was closed due to the snow. I almost had to stay over night in Houston. My head hit the pillow at 1:40 am and the alarm went off at 5am. needless to say, I'm a walking zombie today. Not even close to being in the mood to be here at work.

Ok, soooo I saw some Saturday approvals... Let's hope they handed out some OT for the USCIS people and they will actually do some work and get April finished. I am disappointed in the progress at TSC. CSC is moving so fast... What is the issue over in Texas??? I broke a mirror in Costa Rica. I swear that is why I was transferred to TEXAS. let's hope that Texas wakes up. Does anyone know if the Texas office is located near DFW? If so, they might be off for the weather. THAT WOULD REALLY SUCK ! ! ! ! !

The TSC is located in Dallas:

The USCIS website lists the Dallas District and Dallas Field Offices as closed today because of the weather: http://www.uscis.gov/about-us/field-office-closings. It doesn't mention the Texas Service Center but given its location, I would assume it is closed today too.

I just got back from visiting my husband too and am really hoping for an approval by the end of the month. Our PD date is April 8, 2013 and we were transferred to the TSC on November 18, 2013. Best of luck to all the April filers!

Hello to all April filers. I have been a member for awhile, but never really participated in the threads. I have been following this thread since it started I feel like it keeps me hanging on without going crazy from all the waiting.

My PD is April 8 and I was transferred to TSC on the 18th of November...I was very happy to see aprovals close to my date but they were all from CSC or Nebraska...:(

I am seriously considering paying for a mobile billboard truck to drive around the TSC with graphics that say "All I want for christmas is a I-130 approval" or something similar. I am trying to get pricing now.

I'm totally serious! If they are open on Saturday, I may go stand on the corner of the entrance with a sign. They should be pumping them out at TSC. The building and parking lot is huge! My patience has run out!
