The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Just got a call from my wife at 4:45am here in the UK telling me that we've just received our approval email! It was definitely worth getting woken up for! Our NOA1 was April 9th and we were transferred to CSC on 21st Nov. We received the change of Alien Registration Number email literally 4 hours ago. Our officer must have been staying late as we received the approval email at 04.40am here which would be 8.20pm Cali time!

These PD April 9 approvals that have come through make me very happy! I'm April 11 and also at CSC so hopefully that means my file is somewhere close by!

CONGRATS TO ALL THE APPROVALS! I have been reading all tbe posts from my email since hanging online is costing me a small fortune here in Costa Rica. I think i already put $60 on my phone so far. Lol Im a little annoyed that Texas is going so slow. I have a layover in Houston on Sunday, my husband told me to go check our papers while I'm there.

I think i would die if i received an email saying the alien registration number has changed. So far, everyone who receives that get approved shortly after. LETS GO TEXAS......

I also got the 3rd e-mail and the hard-copy notice of transfer today. Our case is now at the California Service Center - it looks like they've been moving relatively quickly, so I'm hoping we'll hear an approval before Christmas.

And husband and I get to see each other in person in 2 weeks - maybe we'll get the NOA2 while we're actually together. Wouldn't that be lovely?

Ours being at the Texas center, andf they are getting a huge ice storm as I type. 250,000 people out of power. The center is located at Mesquite, Texas, east of Dallas which is getting the brunt of the storm. I'm afraid it will be another delay until next week. :(

Everyone is talking about tha A # being changed. My pd is apr 15th and on May 9th I received an update saying the A# had been changed. When I received the hard copy of my transfer to NSC on nov 15th there was an A# in the box where his name was. Did everyone else get this too and then another A# change right before approval? Or was that the first time it had been changed? Just curios.

I have been following VJ for the past year and would have not been able to get through this process if not for all the many post I've read here and learned so much knowledge...I hope all receive your NOA2 before Christmas...Can't wait for wife to wake-up in the Philippines and share the good news with her!! Got the letter, we are transferred to California.... Once again confirmed that logic is not something they practice at uscis because i live in tx.... But i'm glad since it seems cali is spitting out some approvals. I've updated the spreadsheet, i'll update my timeline here too once i get a hold of a computer.

Well my wife and I both feel a bit dumb. We just got our RFE back and found out what was wrong. They sent our I-130 back and highlighted part if the document we forgot to fill out. All that time wasted for our oversight. So thankful that they didn't deny the petition.

We've never heard of them sending the form back for you to fix a mistake. Have you guys?

I got the third mesg on 18 November

and the hard copy on 22 november i was transferred to taxes
