12/3 email recieved for case being transfered

12/4 email recieved stating a new office now has jurisdiction of my I 130 case

12/5 email recieved saying my case is now being processed at a USCIS office

Hopefully soon we will all get that approval we've been waiting for.. :)

Hey just got the 3rd email about the case being transferred!

Now my case says online: The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office

--> Does this mean theyre actually processing it? Because before it said that it was just transferred.

1/15/2013 - Married

USCIS:
4/11: Mailed out IR-30 via FedEx Ground
4/15: Forms received by USCIS Chicago (Signed)

12/2: Case Transferred to CSC

12/17/2013: NOA-2!!!! (8 Months, 2 days)

NVC:

12/27/2013: Case received by NVC

1/23/2014: NVC Case #, BIN, & IIN received.

1/31/2014: DS-261 Available & filled out.

2/4/2014: AOS Invoice available & paid

2/7/2014: I-864(AOS) completed & sent

Me too, got the 3rd one. But i think it only means they received it. Not that they'r wrking on it yet. I could be wrong...

I sure hope so, I called a tier 2 today and they said not until Jan-Feb will my case be processed, but then again...they just say whatever they can to prolong the wait. So I am just waiting like everyone else, nothing more I can do...Sadly

I also got the 3rd e-mail and the hard-copy notice of transfer today. Our case is now at the California Service Center - it looks like they've been moving relatively quickly, so I'm hoping we'll hear an approval before Christmas.

And husband and I get to see each other in person in 2 weeks - maybe we'll get the NOA2 while we're actually together. Wouldn't that be lovely?

Just got a call from my wife at 4:45am here in the UK telling me that we've just received our approval email! It was definitely worth getting woken up for! Our NOA1 was April 9th and we were transferred to CSC on 21st Nov. We received the change of Alien Registration Number email literally 4 hours ago. Our officer must have been staying late as we received the approval email at 04.40am here which would be 8.20pm Cali time!
