The last time I posted on here was 11/25 and I was sure I wasn't going to be transferred...what do you know I got a text message at 11pm that night saying my case had been transferred to another office and then got the second message and an e-mail on 11/26 saying we had been transferred to a local office. Got a third message and e-mail last night that our I130 is now being processed and finally received the hard copy today that it was transferred to CSC!! I'm confused at the dates a little since we received our first message on 11/25, but the hard copy says notice date 11/26 and it says receipt date 4/17, but our PD was previously listed on our last I797c (NOA1) as 4/16. So who knows! Was waiting for the hard copy so I could put our information into the google doc.

So happy to see so much movement for so many of us finally!

I received exactly same emails like you on exactly same dates all 4 emails. Also received paper notice that transferred to TSC .

How did you find out it was transferred to Texas??? I have the below listed emails (four to be exact), but none state where the paperwork is:

1. Arrived 27 Nov. ...On November 27, 2013, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. ...

2. Arrived 29 Nov. ...On November 29, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. ...

3. Arrived 2 Dec. ...On November 27, 2013, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. ....

4. Arrived 3 Dec.(a few hours ago)...The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office.

Kind of funny. maybe they just pass it around in circles for awhile. So when somebody enters a key into their computer, it flags a messege. Hopefully the last one means it is now on a DESK!!! with a REAL PERSON!!!!

Hope your enjoying your time!!!

I've been lurking this thread forever and been hoping and praying for some movement. Prayers were finally answered tonight, our case was transferred!

On December 3, 2013, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Not sure if this actually means anything but it was nice to see something aside from the usual initial review message. I would update my timeline to say transferred but I don't yet know which center it was transferred to. Hoping for more info soon! :)

Then hard copy NOA2 rcvd last Dec. 02

But i have a question, when we rcvd NOA1 last April 17 the hard copy shows my full name as beneficiary without my middle name but now with NOA2 that we got it has my full name again but sad to say middle initial was incorrect.. Is their anyone who knows what to do to correct it? Because we called USCIS today and they said that it will take 15 days for them to correct it and gave us a referrence # and advice us that we need to call them back once we didnt recvd anything from them or hear from them after 15days.. Would this affect my papers that will be process soon in NVC or should i just wait and not be bothered.. Anybody experienced the same situation like this? Please share.. I dont know what to do....

Thank you guys!

I'm hoping for our fast approval.... God bless everyone!

Is anyone else stressed about getting approval finally and then the next interview slot is 4 or 5 months away? I'm already thinking about how upset I'll be if that happens. I wish there was a way to know things like that.

I'm happy to see all the April movement! It's a christmas miracle!
