I've been tracking random cases... USCIS reached April 29th Cases secret7vf.gif

All case Numbers from MSC1391061(596) all the way to MSC1391061(611) Just got transferred this morning.

I hope all of April cases get transferred/approved very soon, and I can't wait until they move to my case in May

wow. from MSC13910615611 to my case number, there's around 100,000 files in between. I hope they get all these churned out pretty quickly (I'm may 14th).

I got first msg on :

On December 2, 2013, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283 .

And then 2nd today :

On December 3, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

Same case with me, I have the 2nd. email today.....we still waiting

I don't think there's anything wrong with that. The hard copy is the important notice and as long as you have that, you should be fine.

most people got the third email.if u got the third email .i guess maybe ur case has been asigned to officer.

After receiving 3 emails today we received hardcopy which says our file has been transferred to Texas. Anyone else's in Texas? Does approval time vary for different Offices or it remains more or less the same?

Finally got the third email last night and have the letter as well! It took a few days to get the letter as my husband was visiting for Thanksgiving and our 1st anniversary! Best anniversary present ever, we were transfered to California Service Center. Congrats to all the recent transfers, hopefully the approvals start flowing in and we all get whats on our wish list to Santa, an NOA2!!!

We finally got our hard copy yesterday (as well as our third text and email), and we have gone to CSC.

I'm May 14th too. and my number is MSC1391144XXX

I don't think the number sequence goes on with the date because of the distorted offices and different types relatives of the I130 application. Also, VisaJourney is only a very tiny fraction of applicants. So, not all applications are pending, transferred or going exactly like what people indicate here.

Keep in mind, not all people go online to discuss their immigration cases. Most likely, those who have been randomly waiting for too long. I still see people who are being accepted within the 5 months range but they don't care to research or go online to discuss their waiting time. Not because they don't care, but maybe because they have other things to take care of, or they don't work near a computer.
