I've been tracking random cases and this is an April 22nd case that got approved yesterday without a transfer. MSC13910341**

On November 26, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

hmmm.. interesting Im MSC1390961..... maybe they are close COME ON NBC...... VAMOS ! ! !

Oh, don't feel bad! U'll get good answers just reading back through this thread. Basicaly u got a bit more waiting but u'll likely get notices soon where exactly ur case is and i think they say to give them 60 days before u inquire abt it. Once they approve it at the local office ur on to nvc...

2/11/14 - NVC case assigned
2/11/14 - AOS Bill invoiced and paid; DS261 completed
2/14/14 - AOS Bill showed as Paid
2/24/14 - AOS Packet arrived at NVC
2/27/14 - IV Bill Invoiced

2/28/14 - IV Bill Paid - heart.gif 1st WEDDING ANNIVERSARY (apartcray5ol.gif)

3/4/14 - IV Bill showed as Paid

Case right before mine has been sent to local office and case right after mine was approved.... But approved on june 25th!!!!! Aaaaaggrrrrhhhh!!! Why do i even try to process this in my head. I need to just quit thinking....

Hopefully not so long but that's what i gather, i think that what ur snail mail notice will say abt the local offices processing. I hope they get u approved quickly but then again depends on which office it was sent to... I think u find that out in ur snail mail. And u can always subject urself to the phone call to them...
