April 2013 I-130 Filers

So, I decided to check other receipt numbers close to mine...

so far, I only checked within 40 or 50 before and after. some as little as 3 after me were approved in June and July and some as little as 5-20 before were approved and transferred. Some as close as 30 after me were approved back in June and one 39 after me was approved Nov 15. It sucks you can't see where the case is.

I have the 3 emails for the transfers of the I-130's between 11-15 thru 11-18. Only have 2 transfers emails on the I-129f (missing the middle transfer). Nothing in the snail mail yet so I don't know where any thing was sent to yet. I think it should be CSC but who knows.

Same here,3 e-mails and then I got the hard copy and it said it was at the Texas Service center and to give them 60 days or after that i can file a service request..so after all the excitment...now We wait again

I hope they approve these Transfers fast...ahhh

Ok, so I just checked cases between MSC*******694 andMSC*******770 (my case is MSC*******724).

From MSC*******694 to MSC*******712 they're all I90 cases (don't even know what that is lol).

After that only 1 case has been approved and only 1 case has been transferred. All they other cases are still on initial review, no transfer, no nothing.

Just sharing... I'm beyond tired of waiting, but somehow VJ helps me relax.

Im *****343 so many transfers and approvals.. from the summer.... I swear they just skipped over me. The dust must be so thick, they didn't see my file at the bottom of the box

Still waiting at TSC....I found out it is in Mesquite, TX which connects with Dallas. Which means whoever processes my application should recognize all the locations of the photos I submitted. I hope this helps them make a speedy decision...I do wonder why it seems like TSC isnt processing any yet....I just want one thing for Christmas!

This waiting game sucks so badly! I wish they would at least let us know, how much time it will take...

I don't think the MSC number matters, I tried to change numbers and check, many are other forms and applications are in process before and after my number

Wading through MSC numbers is pointless and gives yiu no useable data. These numbers are given to many other categories of visas and visas in yiur category thst are dcf and expedited for various reasons.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

I am doing my best not worry, but this seem very bad to me. I received this email today, four days after my initial transfer from NBC to Texas. I never received a decision so I am confused as to why I would have post-decision activity? Why would they need to review it again when they never reviewed it in the first place? Why did the state department have it?
