It's a petition trying to get something done about the I-130 delays. It might not help us, since we are almost done with this first stage of the process, but It wont hurt us either.

My case finally got transferred today. I just received the first email stating this transfer. Don't know which office yet. Will keep ya' posted. PD 4-11

Our priority date is April 8th. Just got the 3rd notification today saying it's being processed at a USCIS office. Never got the 2nd notification only the first on the 15th and the 3rd today. I did call and find out that our case was transferred to the Texas Service Center. What do we know about Texas. Are they approving petitions quickly? Good luck to everyone.

just got email at 5 pm , april 10

On November 19, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.
