TYorke 1, I have seen people with that priority and before that date to 15th April have been transfer to their local office, you haven't got any emails or hard copy NOA2

No, I have not heard a dicke-bird since NOA1 on April 9th.

I'm hoping we recieve one of these transfer emails in the next couple of weeks.

I got my hard copy of transfer notice yesterday. Our case is now in Nebraska service center. It took 7 days to arrive after the text message. Monday to Monday.

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office

I also read somewhere that not everyone is being transferred :( But I do hope we all are, because for what I read in the february and march threads people are getting their NOA2 a month or so after they were transferred.

I might be going out on a limb here but I think my case will be one of the petitions that stays at the NBC. I just have that feeling with our circumstances even tho my lawyer says its not even an issue... We'll see. I'll definitely post whatever I find out. I am voting for a transfer to CSC tho !! just for the record. LOL LOL LOL
