I think as soon as I learn my petition has ACTUALLY left NBC.. I'm going to have to do some prank phone calls!

you can wave your hand and sprinkle fairy dust on the NVC, Mr. Tinkerbell... Call every single day next week to try and get your case number. The week after that is the holiday week and I bet it will be a ghost town over there.

Hi VJ friends,

I'm the USC and have been married to my husband since 2006. We filed our I-130 and our Priority Date is April 04, 2013 (sorry i dont know the abbriviasions).

My husband has been living here in the states since 2001.

Today i checked online the case status and i finally saw something diffrent but am very confused and conserned, i would really appriciate some help please!

On November 15, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed.

1. what does this mean? is there a problem?

2. will this dely the prosses?

3. Is being transferred something normal?

Our date is "received April 19" our Noa1 April 23/13. Sadly we cannot add our name to the google list. My husband called 2 days ago and they said to expect 12 months to NOA2. They said it hadn't been transferred. I ask myself often now,..why did we change from K1? At least we would have been together by now. But it was a beautiful wedding!

wwooooooo!!! did you get transferred? If so, when did you get the notification? Congrats! Perfect 200 days from NOA1. We filed a week before you so this gives me great hope.
