Nope. str-amsterdam to Seattle. Ultimatly to Honolulu. Talking about a long trip! I was just there in Sep/Oct for three weeks. This is getting expensive, although we did enjoy the Wassen! dancin5hr.gif

No I don't. Unfortunately I don't work at all right now. Contemplating wether to take on a new job for which I'd have to move or wait it out a little longer :/. Thing is, the order of the recent wave of transfers seems to be more directly correlated to PD rather than receipt date. My PD is only one day earlier than my NOA1 but I saw someone with a bigger gap (their PD is earlier than mine but their NOA1 later) get transferred before me. It could be a coincidence but the PD is also the date referenced in the case status.

ETA: I should add that all other correspondence from USCIS (I asked for expedite but was rejected) shows a "filing date" which is the same as my PD (3/14). My NOA1 "receipt date" is 3/15.

But there is no priority date for Spouses of USC's, so that date doesn't matter . The priority date is for beneficiaries who have to wait for a visa to become available. . For Igor's list, you have to use the NOA1 date to be accurate.
