It seems that they are finally taking some actions. As of 10/21 they began transferring I-130 files from NBC to other service centers because of the workload.

Hopefully we can see some approvals soon!

What...they walked into the case file storage closet and suddenly realized there was no way humanly possible to process them all at one location in anyone's lifetime? *psha* FINALLY! Hopefully dispersing the load will help speed things up.

I also just got notice that my K-3 petition was received and its off to the NBC hopefully to join my file and get put in someone's hands! We'll see!

Did you get a message about your alien number being updated? I did with the I-129f NOA1 but nothing since then. Still dont know what the alien number is. I recieved a MSC number for both also. There is more action on the VJ K3 charts lately. I think because more people are Listing K3 on their timelines also.

I had to work at getting my I-129f on my timeline..Now it only shows up on the K3 VJ charts. Some good news.....last friday the 18th there were 2 more aprovals on the K3 chart that dont show up on the IR-1/CR1 chart. So that is 5 total not 3 for the 18th. ( as you know you have to file the I-130 before you file for a K3, These I-130's are now posted on the K3 charts). Point is the trend of aproved Files is still growing each day.

Congrats! I think it was probably the expedite. They're usually approved within a month.
