Hi just wanted to show up here myself!

I filed in april and received NOA 1 on april 15th :X. Everyone I spoke to (including the US immigration officer yesterday) told me it shouldn't take too long because my husband is in Canada. Heres to hoping!

Hi Everybody! I filed in April with a NOA 1 date of 12 April. Case is at National Benefits Center. Anxiously awaiting to hear of early April filers to gain approval!

This waiting make me crazy i hope for soon approvals to everyone guys.And the 2 tire officer told same thing to everyone for example the file is still in NBC.Good luck and hope for soon approvals to us

If you follow the March filers thread, it will give some timescale of when they'll start working April's. (So think we all need to be a little patient!!!) I just want to hear when my file has been transferred to local office, (Denver seems a bit less bogged down than a lot of others) as I can just imagine it sat in some mountain at NBC right now....

It's official, we are STILL and NBC (hubby called up and spoke to a tier 2 yesterday.) They couldn't tell us when it would be forwarded to the Denver office *sigh* Does anyone else wonder why it just doesn't go to the local office in the first place?!

Also, it everyone elses VJ timeline/prediction date move further and further each time they check?!

Not really a mish mash. Yeah a few random early approvals but really follows a pattern. Right now they are working on the end of Febuary as you can see there. Have not started March yet,

HI guys i have some question.Today i just called to the ISO about my case and ask what happen with my case and where is it .She told me that my case is still at USCIS and its still not trasfered to NBC.Last time before couple weeks i called and they told me its pending at NBC im really confuse what actually happen and is it good to be still at USCIS is there another similar case

Hmm,

If file is at NBC then u should had gotten a NOA2 , also online on USCIS it should say post decision...

Online if its showing initial review then file is still at USCIS , for all march fillers we might have to wait for one more month because USCIS is still processing files of late feb and early march right now

so more waiting for us, but some of us will get lucky to see NOA2 soon. and few of us might have to wait more than 2 months too,

Are you getting NBC and NVC confused?

If you read your NOA1 the address says NATIONAL BENEFIT CENTER NBC therefore, if you have a NOA1 your file is at NBC maybe it will get transferred to another place or maybe not

That is what i understand
