I feel the same. What the hell is going on over there in Texas? Nothing for days. I know VJ is a teeny tiny speck when you compare all the numbers but DANG.. Can we get an approval over here???

09 JAN 2014 I called USCIS and talk to customer service and then to an officer (supervisor) who put a status request to find out why it was taking so long.

14 JAN 2014 I received a Request for Evidence.

I guess someone got pissed off because they had to get off their butt and look up some papers :-)

now i have to see what they want....

My hubby finally received RFE letter.

They just needed 3 passport pics of my hubby that's all.

I'm glad nothing big deal. Also found out before my hubby leave the states for visit me and kids.

We will be approval soon I guess!

Let you know guys what happen next.

Pray for you guys approval soon! Especially tiko girl, you r wonderful person.helping who Ppls has trouble.

PD April 4th, transferred to NSC November 15th.

Approved today. I feel relieved but I do not feel overjoyed. This should have happened at least 2 months ago. I feel guilty because there are still Febs and Marchs waiting.

I am about to lose my mind! Seeing this along with my evil boss ignoring my vacation request to see my wife next month, its all just stacking up. If only we were illegal...we would have already been adjudicated and home free!
