I received the hard copy for Transfer to TSC on the 29th. FYI...I contacted USCIS a week after the hard copy of the transfer notice. The agent on the phone notified me she will have the TSC contact me before 12/21/13. Have you guys tried doings that? Maybe the phone call might help? I hope everyone gets it soon! Good luck! Have patience... I know how hard it can be....

can you fill in your timeline? It says California service center on the top.. That is why you didn't get an estimated approval date.

Ok, so I'm trying to call customer service...the 1-800-375-5283 number and I can't get a real person! Its just the automated stuff. It keeps telling me to call back between 8am and 6pm....it is now almost 8:30am EST. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. This is only the 2nd time I've called and the first time was much easier! I don't get it.

Anyone have advice or knowledge that I am clearly lacking?

I called USCIS yesterday, got the normal nonsense, then asked for Tier 2....of course they would not transfer me. Makes me so mad!

I don't even get to speak to a tier 1...i can't get past the automated stuff! I even waited in the beginning for when it thinks you are on a rotary phone...its supposed to take you to a live person. But it just keeps telling me to call back between 8am-6pm. Now its 9am. USCIS site says all offices are open.

Nice!!!! So my wife arrived last Friday from Germany, POE Seattle, to visit for a month. Thank goodness she has that much time built up for her vacation time. She had no issues what-so-ever with the border immigration folks. In fact they joked around a bit about how many people he has to talk to in a day. She told him he needs to drink alot of water. He said sometimes he is sick of hearing his own voice. At least my wife is here for Christmas, I really hope we get the approval this week!!! It is getting quite expensive trying to fly each way every few months. let alone, using up all my vacation hours.....
