So now I have 3 emails for each I-130 and the I-129f. No snail mail yet so I still do not know where they are going. We're April 22nd NOA1, have any other late April filers been transferred in the last few days?

A tier 2 can tell you where it went if you really want to know before you get the hard copy. I'm guessing, approval time depends on where it has been transferred.

Heh Tico's lady! I am the same PD as you, April 12, and have not been transferred. Either we are in a box together, Or we are not being transferred and will be approved soon as well. I did write to my congresswoman and her rep called asking for more information a few weeks back. I told her our situation, what we are seeing on these forums, and even sent a copy of the letter that was being sent out to the President on down. My congresswoman here in Hawaii is on one of the chairs for homeland security. I really believe all of our voices are finally starting to be heard. President Obama just put out (a few days back) an order that allows the wives kids and spouses of military members, vets and retirees who have in fact overstayed their visas, will NOT be deported but allowed to stay in country until they are adjudicated. My wife is visiting me in the US from mid December thru mid January, hopefully that will have more of an influence as to the immigration officer letting her into the country. Regardless, I have a goofd feeling that You and I will have approvals in the very near future. dancin5hr.gif

Well I do think we are in the same dusty box. Keep me posted and I'll do the same I have this gut feeling I won't be transferred.

I contact my Senator's office on a monthly basis and they are sick of me. They don't even want to inquire for me anymore... Which is #######.. That is their job... I asked the mayor of my town who is the next step up from the RUDE Senator advocates and she gave me the number for the White House... no lie... just last night. LOL

I hope we get approved soon.

I still have a long road after the interview.

Do you think the transfers are interfering with the other forms that are processed at TSC and NSC? I hope they aren't dropping one form to process the others. When we file our waiver, I don't want them to tell me there is a backlog due to transfers from the NBC... ya know? We already waited sooo long. Its just a shame that this part of the journey ended up being so long. If we already had our interview and were just waiting on the waiver, I'd feel much better but we didn't even get to the NVC yet.... (SIGH)

What waiver are you referring to? What I am afraid of is there will end up being a backlog at the NVC. Now...if they (USCIS) are playing this the way it should be, they would be approving forms, not telling the person until it came up in the que. so they cud basically look like they are approved in order, minus some RFE and expedite cases. ;-)

Yea, you'd think they would be processing all along and releasing the approvals in order.... But god forbid anything be done in order

Ohh, I'm not in that boat. I wish the best for you. Perhaps those cases along with special circumstances stay at the MSC center. The only thing out of the norm for me is that my ex-wife was from another country. But she gained her citizitionship several years ago, and has been married for 10 years to another guy. So perhaps they have to investigate if I had her fraudulantly. lol Who knows, but it is fun seeing everybody come up with hypotheses. Especially now that there is a sort of movement!

Do you have a link to that order? My husband is supposed to visit me in December, and I have been really nervous about proving that he's going to return to his country. Each time I fly back, I ask the immigration officer about what we need to do to prove this. Each time they say that we just need to be convincing enough and recommend having a copy of the paperwork showing that we have already filed to follow the legal process. He's not working or going to school right now because we thought that we would be nearing the end by this point in the year.

That order actually makes me more nervous that they will think he is a potential overstay. (Even though he has NEVER overstayed on any of his visits.)

I also didn't tell many people about our marriage. Even the ones I did tell thought he would be coming home with me. It's just too difficult ( and painful ) to keep explaining these things. We're planning another ceremony for family and friends when he finally arrives. A small beach wedding. OMG! I miss him so much.

Ps Does anyone use the viber app to communicate? It's the greatest thing. We just learned of it a few mos ago. U can call and text 4 free. ( u can't see each other though. U need Skype 4 that. ) everyone hang in there!

Or the iPhone app called 'Couple' is even better than Viber!

Received the hard copy for the transfer. It's at NBC. I already updated the Google Doc.
