It's funny my cases was transferred a few hours later after I spoke with my congresswomen and she said she was going to looking into my case.

Are they still sending cases to local offices,i just recevied a 3rd text ,now saying it was at a local office...very confusing,2nd text i recevied about 30min. prior to this text,said it was being processed.

I called and operator said they were on a NO CALL TRANSFER NOTICE,SO I COULDN'T SPEAK TO A TIER 2 TO FIND OUT WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON!!!

I'll be following both your timelines from now on.

I also read somewhere that not everyone is being transferred sad.png But I do hope we all are, because for what I read in the february and march threads people are getting their NOA2 a month or so after they were transferred.

12.13.2013 - NOA2 via email; I-130 approved. Shipped to NVC

NVC (274 days):

12.30.2013 - Arrived at NVC

01.27.2014 - Received case no. & IIN

02.07.2014 - Completed & submitted DS-261 form online

02.13.2014 - Paid AOS bill

02.18.2014 - AOS showing as 'paid'

03.18.2014 - Invoiced for IV bill (finally!)

03.19.2014 - Made payment for IV bill

Just got the mail today! My hard copy transfer got here!

Got the first transfer email on the 15th so it took 4 days to get my hard copy!

We got transferred to Nebraska Service Center!

Does anyone know their processing time?

After our first transfer(november 15), we receieved another info that it was transferred to a local office on the 19th of november. .Dont know yet what office is that. Hope to hear good news also..

I also noticed that! it is frustrating! but i didn't see any type of I-130. did you? maybe im looking at the wrong place.

Yes, I check and there is processing times for the other services center, CSC times is 7.7 months now which is awesome but my case is in Nebraska now and I don't know their current processing time :(

I am guessing Nebraska and Texas don't show up for NEW I-130's. Those service centers are taking the backlog from the NBC. Hopefully they are ONLY processing backlog and we will all be approved faster.

So far they have processed 1 (one) out of twenty March filers transferred there. eighteen days after the transfer.

11/19/2014 - Transfer to TSC

12/19/2014 - NOA2

01/15/2014 - NVC Received (TSC held it for 3 weeks...)

02/19/2014 - Case no. and IIN assigned; requested embassy change

02/27/2014 - DS-261 available and submitted

02/28/2014 - AOS available and paid

03/19/2014 - AOS mailed

03/27/2014 - AOS entered into system

03/24/2014 - New case no. assigned

03/25/2014 - IV fee invoiced and paid

03/28/2014 - IV package sent via FedEx
