Now that I have put in my 2 cents for my own positive experience so far, here is my question:

How hard is AOS compared to K-1? Do I need to spend another $3,000?

I felt that the AOS was similar to the K1 and was easier since I had already done the forms that are the same e.g. G325a - or very similar e.g. I134 versus I864. I copied much of the information from the old filing. If you have the time to do it on your own - save the $$$s for Vegas. Good Luck

Now if I fire my lawyer I will be wasting money coz she cannot return it to me. Although Im already loosing have her lazy butt doing the filing for me. I mean she was recomended by a friend who @ the time had no idea she was a bee eye tee cee h. Anyway all I can do is cross my finger , toes and pray. So much for my $1,200 ouch.................

I paid 5 grand and we never did file as exgirlfriend decided against marriage. Lawyer said my money was used up and NO refund. Try to sue a lawyer
