According to their website on Feb 28, they were still dealing with July 2012 visas.

Some people who submitted applications in Oct/Nov/December have already heard back.

Maybe you can call to followup on its status?

No one can really say for sure because the answer depends upon unknown factors--specifically, how many I-129Fs has the CSC completed in February and March, and how many will it complete per month going forward.

The best I've be able to come up with is to look at a variety of scenarios and understand the true answer is probably somewhere in the middle. To that end, I made a spreadsheet that can automatically calculate your wait time under 10 difference processing scenarios. If you have MS excel, you can download and play with that spreadsheet here.

I say the same. Fill out your timeline. It will give you an idea, and if you're beyond processing time frames you can file for service request. Others will also appreciate if you do so, because it gives us all some statistics to follow.

Once i got my RFE i reply to them in about a week. After they received it about two weeks before a decision is made. ( that's on my own experience )
