F2A processing times is pretty messed up now.

Basically after you receive NOA2, you will wait for NVC to send you the DS-3032 form (Choice of Agent and Address). That's the start of the NVC process. When? I don't know the specific time.

First you will need to get the case number & invoice number by calling NVC everyday after that you will need to email the DS-3032 from the beneficiary email which is the choice of agent.

Then when status of the AOS shows as PAID (online): Print the barcode and include it in your AOS package which are:

The cover sheet should Indicate this :

  • BARCODED Cover Sheet (to be printed from web when your status is PAID online for AOS bill)
  • Your OWN cover sheet listing what documents are in the package, so they're easy for the reviewer to locate
  • Completed I-864 signed
  • Original Employment Letter
  • Copy of PAY STUBS for current year
  • Last 3 years Tax Return

You should make extra copie of this package & send it to the beneficiary

Make sure to write your case number in the upper right-hand corner of EVERY page including I-864.

Actually you can go to this link it was very helpful for me :

Hi,

Have you had a look in here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/guides

Hopefully you find what your looking for.

Thanks for response but unfortunately they are details only for a Spouse or Fiance(e) of a US citizen.

unfortunately in many forums there is little information for family of a green card holder LPR even in USCIS website.

There is few details of the F2A visa in most websites
