Hi everyone, I am about to send in the I129f form, I was waiting for my mom to send me a check so I could send in the documents with the payment, now can you please tell me what do I have to write on a check, where am I sending it, for what is the check for?

Make it to USCIS. Are you sure you will be able to meet the income requirements if you have to hit up mom for I-129F fee money?

I am in Armenai and I don't have a check here thats why I told her to send it to me, Im where ever my fiance is at, that wont be a problem thank you

I'm attaching a copy of the instructions I downloaded from the site recently. It's always best to download the newest instructions and double check that the fees are the same before actually mailing the check as they may change from time to time. The address for where to send it is in there.

BTW, some have said to put USCIS on the check, but the instructions are pretty clear to make it out to "Department of Homeland Security"

Anyway, read through the instructions for yourself. They aren't that long
