I'm US citizen, fiance is Phillipino...have heard that UK Embassy requires birth certificate and Cenomar not older than 1mth.We are preparing our I-129f package and wonder if at this point of process does she need the same to satisfy US officials? Of course she has a birth certificate and Cenomar but they are a few yrs old.For the interview we understand a new one of both may be required but what about for the intial application(I-129f)?

FYI-We've waited 18mths for her nullity to be completed and we are assured next week she will have it in hand and we can finally proceed with application!!Long story if anyone is curious or wants advice/info/support about how we finally got it and how the process is so flawed.

Thanks for answers to BC question-
