Hello,

I am a K1 visa holder pulling together my AOS package. I have a couple of quick questions in relation to Form I-131 which I am hoping someone can help me with.

Question 1) In my supplement to Part 7 I have noted the following description of travel:

1) TO VISIT MY PARENTS IN THE UK.

2) FOR FAMILY EMERGENCIES ABROAD.

Is this satisfactory, or should I elaborate? At present I have no definite travel plans, but we do intend on visitng my family in the UK once I receive the travel document.

Question 2) Within form I-131, Part 3, I noted "Unknown" for Question 1 and "three weeks" for Question 2. Again, are these responses satisfactory?

Thanks so much in advance!

You don't need to attach an explanation (it's tricky but it's written in the form instructions, there's a "or" somewhere in it that tells you the explanation sheet is not needed).

Put Unknown and Unknown to both. Choose multiple trips. It works.
