People will cheat with whom-ever IF they want even when a spouse

try to micro-manage them, if a partner is trusted let them remain trusted

until there's a reason not to. OP I am not saying you should not say yea or nay

but think about it , YOU say he's a good person like that,so don't let your

mind wander into dangerous territory.

No you are right to be not just jealous but suspicious. Him swapping phone numbers was over the line. Her asking and him even thinking about it. He still has feelings for her and wants to start banging her again. Must be tired of you and looking for someone familiar that he knows he is compatible with sexually to go have fun. She is using the dog to get close again to him. Shame.
