guys, i received an email from USCIS that my case has been approved November 15, 2006.

i asked him if he's happy that our case is approved, you know what my cheating fiance said? he told me to go forward and that if i get a visa, ill have 90 days to be in United States.. but he's not sure if he's going to marry me.. it seemed that, he only wants me to taste how and what's being like in the US... such an @$$

K1 Visa Timeline

02.02.06 - I-129F, sent to CSC

02.17.06 - NOA1 WAC#

06.10.06 - email received that Case transferred to MSC ??

06.23.06 - NOA1 - received a new case # from MSC

06.27.06 - IMBRA RFE from msc (thru email)

07.07.06 - Received / sent IMBRA RFE back to MSC (by mail)

08.14.06 - he sent me an email saying that he GOT HIS EX FILIPINA GF PREGNANT

10.03.06 - my birthday and WERE OVER

11.16.06 - NOA2 APPROVED (email)

02.12.07 - Packet received

03.27.07 - Medical Schedule (did not attend)

04.03.07 - Interview Schedule (did not attend)

FEB. 11.07 - His First Visit

FEB. 04.07 - Filed for Declaration of Nullity

MAR 21.07 - Copy of petition sent to Prosecurtors Office and Solicitor General

APR 17.07 - Court ordered lawyer to file a "writ of Publication" because the respondent lives abroad

MAY 7 & 15. 07 - publication was made

MAY 21.07 - Filed manifestation of completion to the court and send copies to OSG

JUNE 26. 07 - submitted Original copy of the Affidavit of Publication

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

March 05, 2011 Payment cleared
March 06, 2011 sent the DS3032 via email to NVC

lilofdevine i am the beneficiary (Philippines) and he's the american petitioner :)

i told him that, i am not one of those women who uses people to my advantage... we started this journey and i will only go there for him and start a family and not just to be in the US

05-19-06: He was denied the tourist visa by the Embassy in Managua...

06-15-06: I couldn't wait any longer...flew to see him in Managua...

07-??-06: We got engaged.

07-13-06: I flew back to the U.S.

10-03-06: I-129F sent certified express mail

10-06-06: Notice Left, October 06, 2006, 11:29 am, MESQUITE, TX 75185 (um..maybe tomorrow?!)

10-10-06: Your item was delivered at 6:40 am on October 10, 2006 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 to INS . The item was signed for by M S.

10-16-06: NOA1 date...no email...but this is the date on the official copy that they sent to me (it's so pretty!).

10-19-06: Check posted (online banking).

10-20-06: Received NOA1 snail mail.

01-04-07: NOA2 (93 days)

01-11-07: Received NOA2 snail mail.

01-20-07: Letter from NVC: Case will be on its way to Managua within 1 week. (Date on letter: Jan 16).

01-26-07: Fran receives packet three and INTERVIEW DATE.

03-13-07: Interview date. Visa granted! Gracias a Dios.

03-18-07: We fly back to the U.S.

03-22-07: We get married!

06-??-07: We file I-485.

Hold up b/c notice of biometrics appointment doesn't arrive to our never changed address!

I don't really remember the dates b/c I am filling this in half a year later!

12-24-07: We find out we are expecting a little one!

01-??-08: Fran receives his green card.

I believe that God has a reason for everything too. He saved you from being married to someone who isn't honest, and in a relationship honesty and trust are critical if you don't have that you don't have anything.

From reading your messages you are obviously a special person and you deserve someone special too. Be strong!
