I CSC moving AGAIN?

I agree with the frustration posts here. There are only a couple things the CSC could do to make us more frustrated and jumping ahead months is one of them. Pretty unbelievable. I asked my lawyer for his theory of why this would happen but no answer from him. It seems like this could be good ammunition for approaching Senators (I have)- but, using data from VJ is not well received. I hate to join the conspiracy theorists, and I am not a statitician, but the jump in line does seem to juice the stats for I-129F processing in my mind, at least. Really unbelievable- not figuratively. I hope my petition is not hanging on a clothesline drying out after their flood. Sometimes I feel like the US Gov is holding my fiance hostage....

I think most of those approved sept filers have involved their representative. And who can blame them? the waiting is not easy.

but the nov/dec filers that were approved recently, most of them said that they didn't take any action prior to their approvals.

So what can we do, us who have been waiting for more than 6 months, when CSC is approving whatever filles they want? i feel so depressed :(

i totally understand how you feel, we have been in contact with our congress representative for about a month now, with no news on anything despite an expedite requested by the rep. Hopefully we will have our papers by end of june, and i hope for everyone still waiting things get sorted out. Depressed is a mild way of puting how i feel, on a brink of a nervous breakdown would be a better way to put it.

my prayers to you and all those who fell into a black hole at csc, hopefully good news arrives before we all go nuts.

Well guys I'm october 1st and still nothing. Whilst I'm delighted that Nov and Dec are getting through its utterly unfair. 6 months and waiting and I'm happy to wait longer if the hundereds of applicants from july onwards get approved next. Its only fair. When we filed we were told its a first come first served process and that's fine by me. 6 months sucks but others waiting far longer. Its desprately unfair and the whole process is now just making me nothing but angry. We have all paid and been more than patient. They need to get there act together and stop making such a mockery of the immigration process. Grrrrrrrrr! Rant over......praying we all get through soon folks.

LOL @ "most of them are from Sept-Oct filers and SO MANY of them are from Sept-Oct".

Seriously?? Where are you people getting all that? I know July-August filers are depressed and frustrated, I understand that and I honestly feel your painful agony towards this, BUT will you people PLEASE stop spreading rumors and wrong informations?? Cos I don't see any approvals for October. I've seen ONE approval for September, BUT you can't call that "most and so many" LOL! If I'm not mistaken, last months approval for October was an expedite and there are "no" so many and most of them approvals for Sept-Oct on that month also, there are few but not SO MANY, LOL! Be careful with your words. A lot of Sept-Oct filers will be upset with you guys if you keep on saying that, some people here are starting to believe your wrong infos.helpsmilie.gif

I attached a screenshot of Igor's List, see for yourselves if you see many approvals for Sept and Oct, I'll be more than happy to see if there's at least one LOL!

i was going by threads made on these forums and not only talking about csc, also i did mention november filers, not just september or october. i dont just stare at csc when i see noa2's going through, but even then i did not write it to spread misinformation, god forbid i start saying that all september and october people went through or tht we will get a complimentary lollypop once those waiting over 6-7-8 months get approved. I can if you so wish admit that at csc there hasnt been that much movement, but everyone knows that already. But if you take screenshots, it would be nice to not just generalize csc, makes for good comparison. Going back to igor's list, if you sort it out and actually scroll down you will see at least 10 other sept/october fillers that have got their noa2 already.

peace to you and good luck on your journey as well, we all need it before we all start bitting at each other.

I just believe they are either training some new employees on more recent cases or someone grab from the wrong box/pile. But at least they are approving NOA2s.

Is the concept First In First Out so hard for them to comprehend? I feel really bad for those July filers who are still waiting and a little miffed for our case which was filed in early September. Seriously I think they just love to play with our emotions.

If you look at the immigration timelines list instead of Igor's list I count at least 8 Sept NOA2s not simply "ONE". So before you tell people they are sending out wrong info, make sure you check your own facts first.

LOL!! Of course there is, all other months there's always approvals who got their NOA2's quick cos most probably of expedite but if you do backread on page one (highly suggest you read again), you will notice we are talking about the approvals for this month. without being expedited, LOL @ your reply.headbonk.gifwhistling.gif just so you know, you're NOT the only person frustrated here, I feel so sorry for all the July, August, Sept and Oct filers who are still waiting and always get disappointed whenever there's an approval from later months. Don't get me wrong, this isn't Nov-Dec's fault and I'm happy for them who already have their NOA2s, for no one/ no person should experience this depressing heartbreaking wait.

It is CSC to blame, no one else; cos they're the one's doing all this crazy random approvals for the month. ALL SHOULD BE FAIR, the ones who filed first are the ones who should be approved first, I'm all about equality, I hope CSC would fill in the July month first then August, then September, then October before they start giving approvals for the later months.

This will be the last time I will reply to this thread. I feel like I'm gonna puke, it's too early in my country to get upset. I'm not gonna spoil this beautiful day! God Bless everyone, I hope to see normal approvals soonstar_smile.gif

I am the beneficiary

I guess I'm the one of the Dec filer with NOA2.

Here is the breakdown of updates:

I129 F sent on Dec 14

NOA1 received on Dec 17

Alien # changed update on Dec 21

Alien # changed update AGAIN on April 11(in the Morning)

NOA2 (Approved) on April 11 (Night)

My case was not expedited.

I did not contact my congressman or senator.

I did called USCIS 3 times total, never got tier 2.

Last time I called them I was told that many of K-1 from CSC has been tranfer to TSC and NVC. I didnt believe them. Now I think about it, maybe they really did transfer them. Perhaps that's why approvals are not coming in order? I dont know.
