After getting interview date you have to go to embassy on your interview day There the consular will take your interview. you will get one token(a number) and as per your token number you will know on which counter you have to go for interview and on that counter you will find the consular.

Posted (edited)

It is the Consulate. Try El Jardin Teatro I hear they are reasonably priced and nice, they are also right around the corner so you can walk to the Consulate.

We stayed at the Apartahotel Jardines del Teatro for 2 nights. Less than a five minute walk away. They staff and the place was nice. It was clean, quiet and we felt very safe. You can make a reservation but you don't pay until you get there.
