They will schedule you're appointment once they have received your forms and the results of your medical.

Your timeline says you have received packet 3, but you haven't sent your forms to them?! If you haven't sent anything to them they won't schedule the date.

They will send you a letter with an appointment. You have to wait. From that same link, it tells you:
