You should have a vaccine shot card. Check on it to see exactly what you have and compare to what's on the links below.

Then find an approved doctor or health center that will give you the shots and get it done. Also, check on your uscis letter, it will list an approved centers for you to go get the shots. Call and ask what you need. Good luck!

Since Juarez does not tend to give vaccinations for a K-1, or give no DS-3025 or a useless blank one, you needed to get the required vaccinations done and marked off on an I-693 by a civil surgeon before filing for AOS. That is why they asked for them at the interview.

You will need to call around to find a civil surgeon that will do only the vaccinations and page 1 and 5(vaccinations sheet) of the I-693, as stated in the form instructions. There is a post here on VJ about civil surgeons that don't rip you off and you may be able to find one in your area listed in that thread.

The required vaccinations for AOS are: one in a series of MMR, Tdap/TD, varicella(or history of having chickenpox) and the flu shot(only during flue season Oct. - Mar.) So, if your husband has no vaccination records at all, he will need the MMR, Tdap/TD and varicella if he has not had the chickenpox. No flu shot needed because it is not currently flu season.

You do not need all the vaccinations listed in the link posted above. Here is the link to the ones needed by age for AOS. You will see it is the ones I have listed here in my post> http://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/exams/ti/panel/vaccination-panel-technical-instructions.html#tbl1
