July 26 filer at CSC here. No RFEs. Neither of us has been married before. My fiance is from France, not a high fraud country. He has no criminal history. We submitted tons of evidence. We followed the guide on here exactly as to what documents to submit. We have as simple of an application you can get, so if your theory was correct, we should have been one of the lucky few being approved in 4 months.

No word on my case as of today. NOTHING. Just "We are currently processing July 18. Blah blah blah. Wait some more. Blah blah blah. Cases are processed in the order they are received. Blah blah blah."

Your "theory" of us July filers having problem cases is BS. Especially considering half of July filers have not yet heard back.

But anyway, congrats to the original poster. It's not your fault you were approved before us. But please, do be thankful and appreciative and know how lucky you are.

I reckon someone from CSC who is on this forum has decided to see how big a s&*t storm they can kick up.

I'm really pleased for anyone who gets plucked from the stack and gets their NOA2 early. They had nothing whatsoever to do with being picked, it's got nothing to do with being fair or not, or indeed any deity you care to worship and everything to do with incompetence or deliberate action by persons unknown at CSC.

Let's try not get all bent out of shape with each other over this.

Seeing some movement is a heck of a lot better than the stasis of the past few months.

Congrats... That's wonderful news. You have nothing to be panicked about or feel like you are cutting the line... You likely frontloaded your petition extensively and received no RFEs. If you look through the timelines of those approved quickly, like yourself, none of them received RFEs and those from July, August that are just now getting NOA2s, almost All of them had a RFE along the way... Therefore, it appears that they are putting through cases that have no issues regardless of dates and it's taking longer for those which likely need more review. Be happy, you have received your NOA2 with lightening speed. I frontloaded ours as well so, I hope to have no RFE and be put through quickly although, ours is at VSC. Good luck to you and Congrats again. You are on your way. This is a time to rejoice. God Bless.

Congratulations, I'm thrilled for you both.

Frontloaded, No RFE's, Petition professionally prepared, 2 1/2 year relationship. With all that, why are we still waiting? Going on 9 months???

I do not agree with that statement about people with no RFEs get approved faster, please tell me where you got the information to get that kind of conclusion. My petition had no RFEs or any other issues and it took USCIS OVER ONE YEAR to approve. You can front load your petition all you want but that does not mean that you are going to get approved faster than anyone else.

What does "frontload" mean?

"Load" is often used as a euphemism for a collection of fecal matter. In this case, the load is being passed from an orifice found on the front of the body, which is the mouth.
