It is absolutely unfair. Your idea of fairness is wrong. How does The Lord explain having couples wait 9+ months while others wait only 4? Oh, it's punishment for sin, right?

Congrats... That's wonderful news. You have nothing to be panicked about or feel like you are cutting the line... You likely frontloaded your petition extensively and received no RFEs. If you look through the timelines of those approved quickly, like yourself, none of them received RFEs and those from July, August that are just now getting NOA2s, almost All of them had a RFE along the way... Therefore, it appears that they are putting through cases that have no issues regardless of dates and it's taking longer for those which likely need more review. Be happy, you have received your NOA2 with lightening speed. I frontloaded ours as well so, I hope to have no RFE and be put through quickly although, ours is at VSC. Good luck to you and Congrats again. You are on your way. This is a time to rejoice. God Bless.

What does frontloaded mean?

He's trying to pin blame on us July filers by claiming that we didn't provide enough evidence in our app and that's why we're waiting so long. What the idiot doesn't realize is that many of our apps haven't been touched since the days they've been filed.

I'm not sure if it true or not, but I read some files had been destroyed due to water damage at the CSC. So maybe this is why there is such a huge gap in time frames? Maybe the newer files weren't damaged? In any case I know the wait is so hard! Hang in there it gets better! Best wishes to all of you!

Congratulations!

Also, for those who filed earlier feeling skipped, or those who also filed in December feeling hopeful... please don't read too much into it. It IS a sign that CSC is moving (so that at least is good news), but there are always out of sequence approvals here and there. It can be frustrating for those who filed earlier, or give false hope to those who filed at the same time, but it doesn't mean anyone had a particularly good petition, or bad petition, or any sort of divine intervention is at work.
